60 minutes livestream yoga class: March focus is feet, foundations, and standing with stability and strength.

In this weekly 60-minute vinyasa class, we come together virtually to breathe, flow, and stretch. All of my classes are beginner-inclusive, with plenty of options for different preferences and energy-levels.

Every month I choose a loose theme to build around. Our March 2024 focus is our feet and legs and how we use them to stand strong. We will figure out how to stabilize our ankles and knees, and how to use the ground to push into the world, both physically and emotionally. This will still be a full body work-out, so not to worry: your back, shoulders, and core will work plenty too!

You will build strength and bodily awareness at your own pace, wherever you start from. The classes are exercise and you should come prepared to challenge yourself and move. But you are in charge of the intensity, and I will help you stay in charge throughout.
