Yoga Classes
Yoga The World classes are focused on the physical movement (asana) part of yoga practice, as well as on developing comfort with stillness in the body with intentional breathing (pranayama). The asana classes are flow-based (vinyasa), meaning we sync up our movement with breath to anchor our minds.
I provide continued and precise instructions so you get to focus on what is important: you. Yoga The World classes are all live streamed. I am a certified and registered yoga teacher (RY500).
