60 minutes livestream yoga class: March focus is feet.
In this weekly 60-minute vinyasa class, we come together virtually to breathe, flow, and stretch. All of my classes are beginner-inclusive, with plenty of options for different preferences and energy-levels.
Every month I choose a loose theme to build around. Our March 2025 focus is our feet. We often don’t think about the power that comes with using our feet to initiate twists, the strength required in our ankles to balance, and the hard work our feet do in carrying us from place to place. In short: we often ignore them. Not this month!
You will build strength and bodily awareness at your own pace, wherever you start from. The classes are exercise and you should come prepared to challenge yourself and move. But you are in charge of the intensity, and I will help you stay in charge throughout.
