60 minutes livestream yoga class: November focus is hips.
In this weekly 60-minute vinyasa class, we come together virtually to breathe, flow, and stretch. All of my classes are beginner-inclusive, with plenty of options for different preferences and energy-levels.
Every month I choose a loose theme to build around. Our September 2024 focus is feet and legs. Feet are the literal foundation of us, our connection to the earth almost all the time. And legs! They take us places, hold us up, help us move with grace. We will explore stability, interconnectedness, and using our groundedness to grow.
You will build strength and bodily awareness at your own pace, wherever you start from. The classes are exercise and you should come prepared to challenge yourself and move. But you are in charge of the intensity, and I will help you stay in charge throughout.
