60 minutes livestream yoga class: May focus is hip strength and mobility.
In this weekly 60-minute vinyasa class, we come together virtually to breathe, flow, and stretch. All of my classes are beginner-inclusive, with plenty of options for different preferences and energy-levels.
Every month I choose a loose theme to build around. Our May 2025 focus is strength and mobility in the hips: truly the gateway to so many yoga poses. Often, we are not even aware of how tight our hips have become from sustained standing and sitting. We will return to that awareness and (re)learn to be present in our bodies and with oursevlves.
You will build strength and bodily awareness at your own pace, wherever you start from. The classes are exercise and you should come prepared to challenge yourself and move. But you are in charge of the intensity, and I will help you stay in charge throughout.
