Curiosity Is key!

Yesterday, I met up with someone who lives in neither New York City nor Copenhagen - my two home cities - but who nevertheless knew about every new and exciting bakery in each place. He talked about cardamon croissants in Copenhagen, and pistachio/rose pastries in New York. I had not heard of the places he mentioned. It made me think about how little we see, how un-curiously we move through the world sometimes, and how much deliciousness we miss out on as a result. I'll be visiting both places as soon as I can!
