Life Coaching Services

No matter what you want to change in your life, the process is the same.

Coaching can help you navigate this process.

Hi, I’m your new life coach

Head shot of Marianne Mollmann: middle-aged white woman with short gray hair, wearing dark glasses. She is smiling and looking at camera.

I have a lot of experience navigating change and dealing with unhelpful patterns, professionally and personally. It sounds heavy. It doesn’t feel like that. It feels like life: miraculous, filled with insights, awe-inspiring, and always in motion.

That is the approach I bring to coaching: Change is an inevitable part of life. How we engage with it is a choice.

Balance is a big theme for me. I don’t believe in “work-life balance” in the traditional sense. For one thing, it implies that we don’t live when we work. My life is full, one might even say overflowing. This has helped me understand the difference between healthy boundaries and unhealthy compartmentalizing. The richness of my life is a source of inspiration as I learn from one part of life to bring to another.

Dealing with work overload is another big topic. When I was in my twenties, I went from intern to executive director in a grassroots organization with offices in the US and Guatemala. It was a humbling and foundational experience. In the more than two decades since, I have honed the skills I didn’t quite have then: change management, mentoring, and sustainable work planning anchored in joy.

I have navigated significant change in my personal life. I have moved continents more than once. I have gone through divorce and handled the complexities of cross-cultural co-parenting. I have changed careers. I grew up in Denmark, and have lived in Spain, England, France, Guatemala, Peru, and the United States. All this helps me see differences as opportunities to connect and learn. I have drawn heavily on this perspective in my professional work managing remote and diverse teams. It also constantly pushes me to examine my power positionality and the privilege with which I walk through the world. I am not only grateful for this, I depend on it to understand, and fully live, my true self.

For those who need to see official papers, I am certified in Deep Coaching with the Center for Transformational Coaching. I also hold an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law, and an M.Sc. in European Management. And obviously, I do yoga :)

My name is Marianne Møllmann, and I can’t wait to meet you!

  • Beyond burn-out support

If you know there is something wrong, but you have a hard time articulating what it is, this is for you. We will start with one 90-minute session to map out your current mindset and life strategy. We will then schedule 12 monthly hour-long sessions, with in-between support, to build a sustainable path back to joy.

  • 3-6 month coaching package

If you are seeking a comprehensive change in your life, and you are ready to make it happen, this is for you. We will start with a 2-hour visioning session, then schedule 6 additional 60 minute sessions over the following 3-6 months. We will stay in touch throughout for accountability support in creating the shift you want.

  • Clarity session

If you need support with navigating specific change right now, this is for you: one 90-minute coaching session focused on gaining clarity on a specific issue or task. This could look like support in sorting out how to make a difficult decision, organizing your thoughts on a complicated work relationship, or creating movement on a task you have been procrastinating on.
