60 minutes livestream yoga class: November focus is hips.

In this weekly 60-minute vinyasa class, we come together virtually to breathe, flow, and stretch. All of my classes are beginner-inclusive, with plenty of options for different preferences and energy-levels.

Every month I choose a loose theme to build around. Our November 2024 focus is hips. Flexibility and strength in the outer hips is the gateway to steadiness is so many poses, and we will work towards that. We will also explore stability is moving through the world off the mat, breathing steadily and staying focused.

You will build strength and bodily awareness at your own pace, wherever you start from. The classes are exercise and you should come prepared to challenge yourself and move. But you are in charge of the intensity, and I will help you stay in charge throughout.
